RETURNS

Return policies and procedures vary by brand partner so we are more than happy to guide you through the return or exchange process.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Made to order items, including any type of customized product, are crafted specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.  All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.  

REFUND
Refund amounts are credited to the exact card used at the time of purchase once the item (s) have arrived safely at our brand partner's location.  While we are happy to advise you of the return credit, please be advised refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear in your account.  Grayferns customers are solely responsible for the cost of return shipping unless an inappropriate item was shipped or defective | damaged goods were received.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are possible if, and only when, an item has not yet been shipped from our brand partner to you.  If the item has shipped, customers are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our brand partner unless an inappropriate item was shipped or defective | damaged goods were received.

TO RETURN AN ITEM
If you are not fully satisfied with an item, please notify us by email at customercare@grayferns.com - clearly stating the reason for the return.  We can also be reached Monday - Friday from 8:00am PST to 4:30pm PST at 1-800-203-3239.  Again we are more than happy to guide you through the return process.
